"Would you like to try a rice ball?" Japan asked.
You eyed the fact that there were a few peanut butter and jelly sandwiches left but yet Japan was offering you one of his preferred favorite dishes for picnics. He didn't normally share with anyone. In fact, now that you paid attention to it Japan seemed a little tentative to offer you a rice ball. You had gone on a picnic with the other nations but for some reason Japan and America were in charge of the food, but America, as usual, pushed it all off on Japan. Japan blushed and then you realized you had been staring at him too long. You couldn't help but laugh at the flustered expression on his face. He was just so… you wanted to hug him… That summed up your feeling. He was just so cute and adorable you wanted to squeal in delight.
"God, you're cute…" you blurted out.
Japan's blush increased. He was a dashing shade of pink now. Prussia and America laughed at Japan's expense. Italy just smiled while Germany cleared his throat. England shook his head because you had no tact. France laughed, perversely, but when didn't he? Russia was koling and China was scooting away from the pipe-wielding nation. You bit the inside of your cheek, knowing you had said was far too much. China looked like he wanted to say something to defend Japan's pride. You decided to say something since it was your fault that Japan was being teased. You wrapped your arms around Japan's shoulders and pulled him close to you. He tensed over the contact, not use to 'Western Culture' just yet. There was a mischievous look in your eyes as you looked at America and Prussia.
"You're just jealous that," you declared, "Japan and I are secret lovers…"
Everyone was silent for a moment. Then Prussia, France and America stared at you in shock for saying something like that. They were torn between shouting to find out if it were truly real or laughing at the mere idea of you being with Japan. China and England were smiling. You chuckled to yourself. You may not have Japan's 'lover' but you did like the boy and you certainly liked the idea. You already were very good friends. But Japan didn't like you like that. He was far too inwardly drawn. Didn't his country have rates to have digital girlfriends instead of real relationships? You knew you couldn't compete well with a perfect body from a digital girl but at least you were something to touch, to hold and have real conversations with.
"Kiku, man, you're my hero!" America hooted.
You laughed. You pressed a chaste kiss to Japan's cheek for dramatic effect. His face was completely red at that moment. You could feel his skin heating up under your lips. You decided to let him go before he died from embarrassment, though you really didn't want to have to. So you pulled away, still sitting close to him – at least closer than you had been before. You noticed he hadn't pushed you away. That was a sign right? Did he at least like you enough to let you get away with something that serious? The other nations watched silently, expecting him to yell at you like you had with so many countless countries – namely Italy.
"So… rice balls?" you asked.
Japan didn't say anything to you. He didn't call you out. Nor did he speak to you about the food he had offered you before you had decided to embarrass him in front of the literal world. Instead, he reached for a rice ball from the container in front of him and offered it to you silently. You were tempted to tease him but he was already embarrassed enough. You had probably already messed up your relationship enough. You took the rice ball from him. He didn't look at you. Now you felt bad. You had crossed a line. He probably hated you now, but since he normally sensed the mood and refrained from speaking on it, it was difficult to tell sometimes with what he was thinking.
"Thank you, Japan…"

When everyone was packing things up to go home for the day, Japan held you back. You stared at him for a moment, expecting him to lash out at you now, scold you now that no one was paying attention or tell you to leave him be because you were an immature Western nation. Your heart sank at the thought. You had just been trying to hint that you liked him, while teasing him a bit. You teased everyone. It was like a natural sign that you liked someone – if you teased them. If you didn't, you could be harsh and very critical of them. But for now, you were on good terms with a lot of nations except China. He kept telling his brothers and sisters to stay away from Western nations and well, your government wasn't on good terms with him either.
"I… Um… ___________ about the kiss…"
"Oh, hey, I'm sorry abo-"
He kissed you firmly on the mouth, instantly silencing you. When he pulled away, his face was as red as Antonio's tomato's. Now you were the one embarrassed, yet none of the other nations saw your kiss. However, he had broken one of his firm rules about displays of affection in public. It sent your mind reeling because it made no sense. This was just so bizarre for him to do that it left you completely speechless. You just stared, open mouthed, probably looking like a koi fish he had in his ponds at his home that you often swooned over because his backyard looked so lovely compared to yours, so peaceful. So you gaped at him as he muttered something under his breath.
"W-What?"
"You missed…"

"Latviaaaaaaa!!!"
Crash!
You crept into the kitchen soundlessly, looking upon the three who stood there, the poor young boy nervously kneading his hands. In front of him sat shards of broken glass.
The tall blond with glasses continually scolded him while the sheepish brunette rushed off to get a broom when he noticed you looking in at the scene. His green eyes widened and he ran to your side,"_-__________, why are you out of bed?"
"I'm bored..." You whispered as he took you under his arms and led you down the halls,"You three always seem to have things going on..."
Lithuania sighed. "What

At first, you believed it was your alarm arousing you for the long day ahead. Upon further listening, you realized it was your phone that lay beside you in the sheets ringing/singing you out of your sleep.
Poking around the sheets of your bed, you sought the source of the noise. As soon as your hand hit the phone, you clicked 'send' and groggily brought it to your ear, not even knowing who it was. "Uh...who is this and why are you calling me so late at night..."
"It's like, the morning..." You heard a low voice on the other end which you distinctively identified as Hong Kong,"That doesn't matter...I like, need you to co
