You heard a scream. Instantly you shot down the hall and to your boyfriend's room. It had to be something serious in order to terrify Alfred. Well, aside from a horror movie, or Japan's newest zombie video game, or a ghost story he read about, or well, lots of things scared him. You didn't know why he pretended to be such a big shot when such little things could terrify him to the core. It was just one of the many things you grew to love about your boyfriend. You wouldn't change him for the world. He wouldn't change you for all of the McDonalds in the world. Sadly that was probably one of the most romantic things he had ever said to you.

"You have the most powerful military in the world," you pointed out.

"__________, please!" he cried.

"Your people landed on the moon and soon mars!" you cried.

"____________!" he whined.

"Al, you have nuclear power and a huge arsenal of weapons and you're afraid of a little daddy long-leg?"

He pouted. You shook your head. Despite your own dislike of spiders you put a cup over the spider. Easily sliding a paper under the cup the spider was trapped inside the cup. You took him outside. Catch and release. When you came back inside, the kiss Alfred gave you was completely worth the efforts of releasing the spider. You smiled into the kiss. Never would you ever get tired of the feel of his lips. So it was worth dealing with the spider after all.
Okay, so some people have a fear of spiders... Well, just pretend you don't for this one. Me? I used to pick up spiders and chase my mom around with them - only daddy long legs and grand-daddy long legs.
